giveaway campaign – terms and conditions

Campaign Overview

This campaign is built around community support, with a mission to give back $100,000 to the local Sunshine Coast community over one or several promotional periods.

Promotional Period

The campaign will run from 9:00 AM AEST on 18^th August 2025 and end at 5:00 PM AEST on 15th December 2025.

Eligibility

It is open to all residential property owners who sell their property located on the Sunshine Coast exclusively with Eastell and Co. 

How to participate:

List and sell your property exclusively with Eastell and Co. during the defined promotional period.

Confirm your participation at the time of listing or prior to settlement.

Winner Selection

One eligible, successfully settled property will be selected at random.

The commission due and paid to Eastell and Co. upon settlement will be donated.

The winner can choose to allocate a portion, or the full amount of the eligible commission to one or more local organisations or charities.

Selected organisations or charities must agree to become official partner sponsors with Eastell and Co.

Eastell and Co. will determine the method and timing of payment.

If you choose not to donate the commission, Eastell and Co. reserves the right to select another winner with the commission still payable to Eastell and Co.
