Leah joins the team as Front of House Concierge, bringing a strong focus on client service built over more than 15 years in retail.
As owner and manager of local businesses, she developed deep experience in customer service and relationship building, working closely with clients.
Prior to this, Leah spent 10 years in banking, where her roles spanned customer service and branch management. That background means Leah knows how to make people feel looked after, and she brings that same care and attention to every client interaction.
